Stunning framed pastel drawing by German Artist Ferdinand Heilbuth (1826-1889)
The artist was born in Munich then moved to France where he lived and painted for the most part of his life & also became a French citizen.
The pastel is called La Lettre and is signed at the bottom left hand corner. Composition on 2 women with a letter. The pastel is framed in a large gilt frame .
